Lannie Rae Gourmet craft pancake & waffle mixes are made right here in Cochrane. Blended using a top quality non GMO, Canadian grown & prairie milled enriched, unbleached what flour, these are sure to have you craving more! All natural flavourings & spices. Their specialty dried flavourings are plant based, gluten free, kosher, allergen free & deliver a delicate, true to taste flavour. The standard recipe calls for eggs, butter & buttermilk, any of these ingredients can be replaced with choice alternatives. Each package contains approx. 2 cups of mix & makes 16-18 4'' pancakes or waffles.
