Freeze dried Candy- Jolly Blasters

These once hard candies EXPLODE in the freeze dryer (they'll hit the roof if not careful)!  They remain as flavorful as ever, however, they expand and take on air creating crunchy bite sized balls.  

Ingredients:  Corn syrup, sugar, Malic acid, Natural and Artificial flavours, Colour, Mineral oil, Soy lecithin.
