Can I pick my own Gift Box options?
Where do you find your products?
We spend many countless hours researching local, fun, useful and quality products. The vast majority of our products are from Canadian small businesses. With many of those being Albertan small businesses. We do have a few vendors world wide also. We as owners test out and carry products that we love ourselves and give as gifts ourselves.
Do you offer local deliveries?
We do! Within Cochrane deliveries are free. We'll also be posting on our social media accounts free deliveries in other towns/cities as we travel around.
How long after I place my order will my local delivery take place?
We strive to deliver within 24 hrs Monday-Fridays. Weekend orders placed will be delivered Mondays.
If I want to pick up my order am I able to?
Yes if you'd rather pick up, choose local pickup at checkout. You will be sent pick up directions with your order confirmation.
Do you ship Canada wide?
Yes we do. We offer flat rate Canada wide shipping of $16 + GST
Do you provide a tracking # for my order?
Yes once your order has shiped you will receive an email with tracking number.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes we do. United States orders are at the international shipping rate; duty is NOT included in our shipping prices and is to be paid by you the customer. All shipments to the States are shipped via Canada post with tracking number.
What are your shipping options?
Canada post regular parcel and we also offer expedited options as well.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once you've placed your order we aim to pack and ship within 24 hrs. During the busy holiday season it may be within 48 hrs. We are closed weekends so if you place your order on a Saturday/Sunday it will be packed and shipped on Monday. Once it is in Canada posts hands shipping goes by there guidelines.
Returns accepted only on non-customized, unopened products & unwashed and unworn robes.
Sale items, hair accessories and opened products will not be accepted.
We will accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your order, return shipment must be paid by you, the customer.
